  1. I’ve been watching your YouTube videos over and over again—not only because I sometimes forget how to take care of my skin, but also because your videos feel so cozy to watch. I have combination skin, but my main concern right now is that even though I already follow a skincare routine—including cleansing oil, cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen—my skin hasn’t shown much improvement.

I also use exfoliating products, vitamin C, retinol, and hydrating products weekly. But still, the results are not what I expected. I’m wondering—could it be that the active ingredients I’m using aren’t strong enough? Or is there another reason why my skin isn’t improving?

My current skin concerns include enlarged pores on my inner cheeks, sebaceous filaments on my nose, and textured skin—especially small bumps around my eyebrows, around hair line (even though i washed my face at the last step of showering), jawline, and sometimes on my cheeks.

Can someone help me? big thanks!

  2. I’ve been using that numbuzin moisturizer (with the numbuzin #3 toner) for a month now and I love it. My skin type is combination in summer and dry/dehydrated in winter. So far it’s balancing out my skin well this summer.
